Daniel 7:25 "And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time."

Last that which is spiritual after the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The first coming of Jesus is in the Day of Christ at the 7th Trumpet when Jesus comes for the body of the church. The second coming is when Jesus, in the Day of the Lord at the Great Trumpet, sends His angels to gather the remnant in great tribulation. Magog is the land of Khazaria in the Caucasus, south of Russia. Gog is the chief prince of Meshach and Tubal.
In Isaiah 10:8 the Assyrian, Satan, states "Are not my princes altogether kings?".
We can prove with just this one verse that Satan is the Assyrian: Isaiah 52:4 "For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause."
Satan is saying that kings and those in high political offices like those in Congress, who have given themselves over to evil become controlled, mind and body, by Satan's princes, fallen angels. So, the chief prince then is Satan/Gog. In Numbers 24:7 it reads "He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted".
This is saying that the Kingdom of Jesus Christ will be higher than that of Agag who is Satan. Waters are the sea of people. Those poured out are of those with no repentance and are not circumcised of the heart. His seed are those born again, having the Holy Spirit and whose faith is in Jesus and are the Children of God. Agag, Satan, is the spiritual king of the Amalekites; enemies of the children of Israel. In I Samuel 15:1-35 we learn how king Saul was commanded by God to destroy the Amalekites and their beasts, but King Saul kept alive Agag, King of Amalekites.
