Satan.  In Psalms 83:4 Satan and the demonic entities say "Let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel [body of the church] be no more in remembrance".

In both Psalms 60:8-9 and Psalms 108:9-10 God said "Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast my shoe". The Moabites were the descendants of Lot while the descendants of Edom were of Esau.

In Isaiah 63:1-6 God tells us of Edom "He cometh from Edom with his apparel of Red. In the days of God's vengeance,
He will trample the children of Edom; making them spiritually drunk".

Mayer Amschel, 1743-1812, changed his name to Mayer Amschel Rothschild, the latter name meaning "Red Shield".
Nahum 2:3 "The shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet; the chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day of his preparation, and the fir trees shall beterribly shaken". Trees often mentioned in the bible refers to people; different trees are different ethnics/origins.  Isaiah 63:2 "Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winefat?"  The 'red shield' protects them and it is worn by the central bankers, Rothschild Dynasty, who have infiltrated all industrialized nations with its debt based, fiat, banking system. The 'red shield' is controlled by GOG.  

Proverbs 16:4 "The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil."

God created both good and evil and allows evil to occur on nations when nations have turned their backs on Him.  

Psalms 78:49 He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, 

and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them. 

Those whom give themselves over to evil become controlled, mind 

and body, by demonic entities. God sears them with a hot iron.

Leviticus 26:19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will 

 make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:" (Do a search 

for verses containing the words 'iron' and 'brass' to understand the 

meanings of same allowing scripture to interpret scripture.

The 'His' is Satan who is used by God to punish nations. Isaiah 10:5 "O Assyrian, the rod of mine anger, and the staff in their hand is mine indignation." Again, the Assyrian is Satan while the staff are Satan's minions/demonic entities and their human puppets who are loyal to no country but live only for themselves; enriching themselves alone.  Isaiah 52:4 For thus saith the Lord GOD, My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there; and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause."  Ezekiel 31 is about the time/days before the flood of Noah's time.  Ezekiel 31:3 Behold, the Assyrian was a cedar in Lebanon with fair branches, and with a shadowing shroud, and of an high stature; and his top was among the thick boughs."  Satan was a cedar/giant in Lebanon with fair/beautiful branches/wives and with a shadowing shroud/great authority and was taller than the hybrid giant children/boughs. It was Satan's pride which God so hated. Three things God hates: 1. Lust of the eyes 2. Lust of the flesh and 3. Pride of life.

Satan is Gog is Agag. Red and scarlet means sin.  Isaiah 1:18 "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord. Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool". Trees refer to people; different trees refer to different regions.  Mayer Amschel had been trained to become a rabbi which means teacher or master. In Ezekiel 38 we are to prophesy against Gog, not bless him.
